Soul of Canada. It’s a name we don’t take lightly. That’s because we believe the soul defines who someone really is. Our souls give us our unique characters and personalities. They affect our emotions and our outlooks. They represent our truest essence.

Our soul’s makeup is strongly influenced by our past experiences and by the experiences of those who came before us. At Soul of Canada, we believe this is true not only for individuals, but also for nations. By looking into a nation’s history, its collective past, you get a glimpse of its genuine nature. You can see into its soul. Our mission is to give as many Canadians as possible the opportunity to understand and appreciate their history.

We do this not only to ensure that history is remembered, but because we firmly believe that history can build connections and communities. By understanding past generations, Canada can be a better place for future generations.

While history builds community, Soul of Canada’s heritage products are built by a community. Led by founder Randal Kabatoff, our employees are an eclectic team of creative, inspired and grateful people. While from a variety of backgrounds, they are joined in their dedication to preserving and promoting Canada’s history.

Many of our products are created in partnership with a variety of non-profit cultural and historical organizations that share our passion for Canadian history. Cooperation with industry, corporate, government and educational leaders is also integral to Soul of Canada’s vision of community through history.
